There’s a million ways to get sweaty and lose weight. Running, HIIT, cycling to name a few. At VALLEY STRONG athletes don’t just want to lose weight but also increase muscle definition. We’re not talking bulky meathead muscle..that’s not what we’re about. Instead, we’re talking lean muscle definition that shouts fit, healthy, and confident!
THE WORKOUT
While the workouts change everyday, generally you’ll see a mix of metabolic conditioning (cardio) and strength-based weight training with a focus on barbell movements like Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting.

WAIT…POWERLIFTING AND OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING?
If you’re new to this type of training, don’t worry—most newbies to our gym have never touched a barbell before. Each class is led by an expert coach that will guide you every step of the way no matter your skill or fitness level.

From grandmas to ex-professional athletes, our members are at various stages of their fitness journey and we’re here to help them get to that next level. While everyone is different, our community shares a common goal of wanting to lead a healthy lifestyle.
